Mechanical Engineer / Automotive Mechanic / Technician Responsibilities:
Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle
Notify the Service Advisor promptly if the car has more or less concerns than you originally thought.
Master our Dealer Management System for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication.
Keep your workspace clean and tidy and ensure that your organization will allow you to account for any and all dealership tools.
Attend factory or dealership trainings with a positive attitude.
Maintain knowledge of all factory bulletins.
Understand federal, state and local regulations.
Mechanical Engineer / Automotive Mechanic / Technician Qualifications:
Automotive technician experience or equivalent education
A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company
