Automotive Service Department Trainer

We are looking to grow our company and we need you to help us. We are currently hiring an experienced Service Department Trainer. At Rosenthal Automotive, we believe in offering premier training opportunities to help drive success for both the employee and our dealerships. The Service Department Trainer will work throughout multiple service departments within our organization, training our employees on best practices and effective processes. This role is best suited for a candidate with previous automotive Service Management experience who is looking to have a significant impact on helping professionals achieve their maximum potential.

 Service Department Trainer Benefits:

  • Up to $75,000 - $100,000+ Annual Income potential based on experience and performance

 Service Lane Business Trainer Responsibilities: 

  • Foster a positive work environment where individuals feel motivated to improve their skill set
  • Continuously strive to improve and adapt to changing market conditions and customer expectations
  • Develop a collaborative training schedule to maximize opportunities in each specific Service Department
  • Develop new course material to include process training, customer service training, and software training
  • Provide effective feedback, both verbal and written, to commend and encourage employees to achieve their best results
  • Synthesize process KPIs and financial results to present recommendations for future opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with dealership personnel
  • Enjoy a weekly dealership rotation where you will have different challenges and opportunities at each location
  • Create a positive learning environment that accommodates the diverse culture of the client audience

 Service Department Trainer Qualifications:

  • Automotive service management experience required
  • Knowledgeable on Service Department KPIs
  • Proven track record of excellent CSI
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Process and detail oriented with developed organizational and computer skills
  • Professional personal appearance 
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
