Corporate Compensation Coordinator - Corporate Trainer

Corporate Compensation Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and present compensation components to applicants and employees
  • Design quality visual aid support for compensation presentations by using Google and Microsoft digital platforms
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and support for employees including management
  • Provide overview and further detailed explanation of pay plan requirements, measurements, and ways to achieve them
  • Manage administrative duties for the HR/Compensation departments


Corporate Compensation Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR or training 
  • Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Google Platform/Microsoft proficiency
  • Ability to absorb and apply new information quickly and effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask as necessary
  • Ability to quickly and effectively modify training content based on feedback
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self starter, but also contribute as a team player in the HR/Compensation Departments
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required
  • Occasional travel within the Northern Virginia area (All Locations within approx. 20 Miles from HQ)
